Reached out to Adam W. to help us navigate our insurance needs. Also reached out to another agency so I could compare quotes. The other agency had me fill out all the information online first and I'm still waiting to hear from them. During the time I was completing the other agency info; I kept thinking to myself I'm doing all the work here. Then I called Adam. He took time to talk to me, gathered some information needed over the phone and the rest needed he took care of. 15 minutes later I had quotes for everything requested as well as another phone call to review everything presented and answer any questions. (still waiting on the other agency) Obviously Adam as an agent is the one you want. So clearly since the "other agency" hasn't initiated any meaningful understanding that we matter as a client, and we are still waiting on a response, phone call, quote, any signal they want us as clients; and Adam knocked it out of the ball park; we have decided to go with Adam and his State Farm Office for our insurance needs. One of the best experiences we have had with engaging with an insurance agency. 10 stars if they had them.

I had a minor issue with my insurance payment and I was having a little bit of trouble trying to fix it.
