"My experience with this team has been beyond my expectations. I totally do not like the process of looking for a new insurance company but Adam and Sean made the process seamless. I got better coverage at a lower price. I have had to call them a few times since getting the new policies and their customer service each time has been awesome. I highly recommend this group!"

"I am having an extremely poor experience with this organization; there are too many failures to list. I had received various calls from different people presenting me with conflicting and inaccurate information. It is very apparent that the right hand does not know what the left had is doing with this outfit. I was personally tried to be talked out of filing a claim by Sean Kelleher. I had to call this branch multiple times to try to get someone to contact me regarding this claim. They are slow to respond and are not responsive to my communications. I was told that it is their policy to have a claim rep to contact people with in 24-48 hours. It's been well over a week, and no one has showed up. In fact, they scheduled to come this Saturday morning, but had to cancel, and then they never called back to reschedule like they said they were going to do. I have complete and utter lack of confidence in this particular office and State Farm. I highly recommend going far away from this place. Their professionalism is non-existent. Sean's smarmy demeanor with me indicates that they just want your money/sales, but then come extremely short on the service side. I gave them multiple opportunities, as I don't' care to blast people like this, but they 100% deserve it. Beware."

"Sean Kelleher's Agency is not someone you want to do business with.I cancelled my policy back in November of 2024 because I got a notice they were canceling my policy. When I called to see whats up they said they reached out twice by mail. First off, that didn't happen, second maybe if you are committed to customer service like you claim to be Sean you could pick up the phone and call me so we can get it resolved. Meanwhile he calls me back letting me know that it turns out he just forgot to cash my check and I actually had paid him on time. No apology from Sean, just a whoops and kept going on his day. Obviously I canceled my policy and I got a new agent. Funny thing is I get more mail from Sean now than when he was my agent. They are making sure they nickle and dime me for every last dollar they can get. Multiple audits on my policies, when I submit the information they need they continue to ask for more and more until the deadline is past so they can charge me the maximum. Sean if you want your money you better come get it from me in person."
